At TwistyHook Topia, we craft each crochet piece with care and hand-package every order. Here’s everything you need to know about how your treasures get from us to you.

Processing Time

• Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
  
• During holidays or busy seasons, please allow an extra 2–3 days for processing.
  

Shipping & Delivery Time

• We ship via USPS for domestic orders.
• Standard shipping time: 2–5 business days
• Standard shipping cost: $6
  
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  

Geographic Areas

• Domestic (US) shipping available to all 50 states.
• We are currently ONLY shipping domestically (USA).

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 3 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or postal service.
  

Holiday Shipping

• During busy seasons (November–December), add 2 extra business days to processing times.
  
• To ensure Christmas delivery, please order by December 10th.
  

Tips for Customers

• We hand-package each item with love and care, so processing may take a little longer than mass-produced items. Your patience ensures every piece is perfect.
